If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a returns and exchanges process under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products, returns are handled with care and consideration.
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The product is in the same condition as when it was delivered
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used consumable products, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items, depending on availability
Once your return is approved and received, we will process your exchange and arrange delivery of the new item. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative or store credit.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side
